Paperback book : full colour cover, titled "Rivers of Gold: A True Yukon Story", written by Gwen and Don Lee. The "o" in "gold" is empty, having been cut out in the printing of the book. The front cover features a photograph of a man and a woman in the forest, with gold nuggets framing the title. The back cover features a synopsis of the book, as well as photographs along the right side and bottom. Contains 202 pages, plus 4 title and miscellaneous pages. There were two sheets of paper tucked into the front cover. One was a letter from the Parliamentary Librarian, Richard Pare, thanking the Lees for their gift of the book. The other was a printed sheet stating that each had a genuine gold nugget inside the front cover, and provides a brief synopsis.
Book is inscribed: "To Ellen & Jack/ Hope you enjoy sharing our/ yukon adventures" At the bottom of the page it is signed by the authors: "Don Lee/ Gwen Lee"
