Colour slide of the memorial cenotaph in Fort Langley Cemetery, erected to remember fallen First World War soldiers, with memorials added later to other conflicts, including the Second World War. The cenotaph is on a small grass mound and is in the right of the photograph, beside a tall and large cedar tree. The cenotaph consists of a cross with two crossed guns on its front, and a base with writing on it that is illegible due to the sunlight in the image. At the foot of the cenotaph is another plaque embedded in the mound, also with writing that is illegible. There are two pink flowers laying at the right of the cenotaph. In the background are tall and short grave markers in the cemetery, with a white building with a flat roof further back.
