Viewing Object

Christina Mowat was born in July 1878. She married James Mowat. They had children James (b. 1901), Maggie (b. 1903), Annie (b. 1905), George (b. 1909), and Charles (b. 1911). Christina died in Fort Langley on April 18, 1941 at the age of 67.

James Mowat Sr. was born on May 11, 1866. He married Christina, and they had children James (b. 1901), Maggie (b. 1903), Annie (b. 1905), George (b. 1909), and Charles (b. 1911). James came to Canada in the 1890s, and his wife and child, James Jr., joined him in 1902. James was a jack-of-all-trades, and had worked in farming and mining before having a family. He died May 6, 1943.
