Shigehiro, Otoichi
Otoichi Shigehiro was born on April 1, 1893. He married Asano Morikawa (1903-1996) and they had children Kyoto, Aigi, and Ted. They lived in Port Hammond, Britannia Beach, Port Moody, and White Rock before moving to Langley in 1931. In May 1942 the family was interned and they were moved to Raymond, Alberta. They lived there until May 1948, when they moved to Barnwell, Alberta; in 1957 they moved to Taber, Alberta, and in 1961 they moved to Lethbridge. Otoichi Shigehiro passed away on February 28, 1970.
