Second French Empire ten centime coin. One side of the coin has a side profile of Napoleon III and the words "NAPOLEON III EMPEREUR/ 1854." The other side has an eagle with its wings outspread and the words "EMPIRE FRANCE/ DIX CENTIMES." There is a scratch on the eagle side and the coin is rubbed smooth in parts.
